What’s Next Consulting, LLC, resulted from a desire to help people confused by the literal onslaught of information – correct and incorrect – that threatens to drown them while they search for solutions to life’s circumstances. When faced with questions about where to turn for financial planning and estate planning advice; what questions to ask to assess the competency of a nursing home or care provider; how to navigate through the paths of finding, retaining, and assuring the best legal representation possible; and what steps need to be taken in highly emotional life and death situations; as well as questions about many other situations, the questions often pile up faster than the answers.
Jacqueline Poux, recently retired from the practice of law, wanted to start this service to answer those questions. She has an expertise that comes only with years of practice, a valuable resource in helping you determine the questions that need to be asked and where to find the answers.
Ms. Poux is also available for speaking engagements. Accurate information now can save much confusion and heartache later. By speaking to groups and organizations, Ms. Poux can start some on the correct paths to peace of mind with precise and timely information.
